American Hearing Care is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to support the daily operations of our clinic. This role serves as the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring each individual receives a welcoming and professional experience.
Position Overview
The Patient Care Coordinator manages front office operations, schedules appointments, assists patients with administrative needs, and helps ensure the clinic operates efficiently each day.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments
• Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule and assist walk-in patients when possible
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits with insurance carriers
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information in the system
• Clean hearing aids and assist patients with basic hearing aid maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service to patients throughout their visit
• Maintain an organized and professional front office environment
• Build positive relationships with patients to support a high-quality patient experience
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of customer service, medical office, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
