Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to ensure consistency with brand standards across all initiatives.
- Support ESG initiatives by developing tailored sales collateral, compliance responses, and customer-facing materials.
- Prepare and coordinate customer meetings on sustainability, innovation, and packaging compliance topics.
- Collaborate with the National Accounts team to track ESG-driven sales opportunities and related communications.
- Manage customer ESG inquiries and vendor onboarding requests.
- Identify ESG-focused product placement opportunities, including government bids, NASPO, and eco-conscious retailers.
- Monitor ESG trends and regulations impacting foam, wood fiber, packaging, and natural fibers.
- Coordinate internal communications such as newsletters, events, and organizational updates.
- Draft internal sustainability updates and maintain visibility of ESG progress across functions.
- Lead ESG messaging for major trade shows—booth content, signage, samples, and follow-ups.
- Support eCommerce strategy, product management, and online presence.
- Assist with trademarks, patents, and licensing administration.
- Maintain website and social media content in collaboration with division leaders.
- Manage tradeshow logistics: registration, scheduling, and asset management.
- Create and distribute marketing emails, promotional materials, and customer communications.
- Provide Salesforce administrative backup, including reporting, compliance tasks, and data accuracy.
- Oversee recognition programs (annual awards, service awards, retirements, etc.).
- Support product photography, copyediting, and special projects as assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Foundational knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; leadership or team lead experience a plus.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
- Experience with ERP and CRM tools; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
- 1–2 years of graphic design experience with portfolio examples desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Regular use of a computer required; occasional lifting up to 30 lbs. Reasonable accommodations available.
