Summary
We are seeking a proactive and engaging Marketing Coordinator in our Hurst, Texas location. This role is crucial in supporting our mission by executing effective marketing campaigns, creating flyers, managing communications, and engaging with our community through innovative marketing strategies and face-to-face interaction.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Coordinate and support content creation for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Help create and organize marketing materials for charity events
- Design materials that follow our highly distinguished branding with use of our branding guide
- Perform regular website maintenance to include updating staff bios, addresses, and other content as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain the eLearning Platform by adding new courses, updating existing content, and assisting with platform organization and usability.
- Monitor and respond to public feedback via email, social media, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Work alongside our leadership team to develop and maintain community relationships.
- Bring new and innovative ideas for our new and established relationships.
- Design, stock and restock marketing materials that follow our branding guide.
- Help with the organization and preparation of in-house continuing education events.
- Assist in the design and distribution of company gear and gifts.
- Write and distribute our monthly employee newsletter.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or assistant role preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., Canva).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
