Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $21-$24 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Paradise Valley Smiles is looking for an experienced and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in helping patients understand their treatment needs, feel confident in their care, and move forward with recommended dentistry.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Discuss financial options and offer financing solutions
- Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct treatment follow-up calls to increase case acceptance
- Collaborate with clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow
- Support a positive and organized front office environment
Qualifications
- 2 years of dental experience required
- Previous Treatment Coordinating experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology
- Proven ability to present treatment and discuss financials confidently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Denticon is a plus
