Pay: $23–$26 per hour (Hourly)

Position Overview
We are seeking a confident and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted patient advocate, guiding patients through their treatment journey by clearly presenting treatment plans, explaining clinical necessity, and coordinating financial solutions.
This is a key role in driving case acceptance, improving patient experience, and supporting overall practice growth.
Key Responsibilities

Present and explain complex treatment plans in a clear, patient-friendly manner

Educate patients on clinical needs and recommended care

Build trust and rapport to increase case acceptance rates

Review insurance benefits and outline financial options

Coordinate scheduling for same-day and future treatment

Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office team

Follow up with patients regarding pending or unscheduled treatment

Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Qualifications
Required:

Minimum 2 years of dental experience (Treatment Coordinator or similar role preferred)

Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology

Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financials
