Role
As our Dental Assistant, you will play an integral role in keeping our clinical flow smooth, efficient, and comfortable for every patient:
- Chairside Assisting: Partner closely with our doctors during general, restorative, and preventive dental procedures.
- Patient Care & Preparation: Seat patients warmly, review medical histories, explain treatment steps, and maintain a comforting, reassuring chairside presence.
- Digital Radiography: Take clear, diagnostic digital dental X-rays efficiently.
- Operatory Setup & Sterilization: Prepare, sanitize, and break down treatment operatories; sterilize instruments in accordance with safety and OSHA guidelines.
- Clinical Teamwork: Assist with clinical charting, maintain dental supply inventory, and partner with front desk staff to optimize daily patient flow.
- Experience: 1 years of clinical dental assisting experience (Required).
- Certifications: Active Dental Radiography (X-Ray) Certification preferred.
- Clinical Skills: Proficient in chairside assisting techniques, instrument sterilization, digital X-rays, and dental terminology.
- Attributes: High dependability, strong team orientation, empathetic communication skills, and a positive attitude.
