We're looking for someone with 2 years of experience and strong endodontic and implant skills who is confident practicing independently and enjoys comprehensive dentistry.

This isn't an opportunity where your clinical skills will sit on the shelf.

You'll have an established patient base, the autonomy to practice the way you were trained, and an owner who is willing to invest in the right dentist.

And if you're thinking beyond an associate position? Future partnership is absolutely on the table.

Here's What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out

• $200K–$300K estimated annual earning potential, based on collections

• Three-day schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday ONLY

• 98%–100% collection rate

• Established patient base with strong production potential

• Clinical autonomy and a supportive team

• Modern technology, including MEDIT intraoral scanners, 3D printing, and digital radiography

• Opportunity for continued clinical growth

• Potential future partnership with the right associate

We're Looking for a Dentist Who:

• Has at least 2 years of general dentistry experience

• Has hands-on endodontic and implant experience - both are important for this role

• Is confident with crowns, bridges, restorative dentistry, and comprehensive treatment planning

• Enjoys staying productive and performing a variety of procedures

• Communicates well and builds lasting patient relationships

• Is collaborative, dependable, and easy to work with

• Wants to continue growing clinically and professionally

• Is available Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

An active Washington dental license in good standing is required.

The Right Fit Could Lead to Something Bigger.

Led by Dr. Michael Kang, Factoria Family Dentistry is built around conservative, high-quality care and long-term patient relationships.

We're not just looking for someone to fill a schedule. We're looking for a dentist who can become an important part of the practice's future.

Strong clinical skills. Good with people. Low ego. High standards.

If you're an experienced dentist who enjoys endodontics and implant dentistry, wants to stay productive, and would welcome the possibility of future ownership, we'd love to meet you.
