About the Opportunity
Vintage Tub & Bath, part of American Bath Group, is looking for a hands-on digital commerce leader to connect our assisted-sales and online merchandising efforts into one commercial system. This role leads a team of approximately seven sales/customer-service representatives and helps improve the customer journey across phone, chat and self-service web orders.
You will combine sales leadership, e-commerce merchandising and data-driven execution to increase average order value, improve cross-sell and attachment, and strengthen performance across a broad bath and kitchen assortment.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach and develop approximately seven sales/customer-service representatives using call reviews, KPIs, goals and regular performance feedback.
Manage assisted sales and digital merchandising as one connected customer journey across phone, chat and self-service web.
Increase average order value through better upselling, cross-selling, add-ons and suite completion.
Run recurring “shop the aisle” reviews across product categories to improve sort order, imagery, content, product data and related-product recommendations.
Use reporting and source data to identify opportunities, set priorities and measure commercial results.
Strengthen proactive outreach to professional, trade and repeat customers.
Partner with traffic, conversion, web, engineering and supply teams while maintaining clear ownership of sales and merchandising priorities.
Identify practical automation and workflow improvements after learning the frontline and merchandising processes firsthand.
What Success Looks Like in the First Year
Deliver 10% growth in average order value across the total business.
Improve add-on, cross-sell and suite-completion performance across assisted and self-service orders.
Establish a consistent KPI-led coaching and performance rhythm for the sales team.
Create a recurring merchandising review process across new and legacy products, including the Randolph Morris brand.
Implement targeted workflow or automation improvements that increase speed and produce measurable commercial lift.
What We’re Looking For
Proven responsibility for e-commerce and/or assisted-sales results such as average order value, conversion, upsell, attachment or items per order.
Experience leading and developing a sales or customer-service team through call review, goals, KPIs, coaching and accountability.
Hands-on experience with digital merchandising, including product pages, assortment, cross-sell/upsell, product data and legacy catalog optimization.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn reports and source data into clear commercial action.
A practical, respectful leadership style that can improve established processes and build new performance habits with a tenured team.
Ability to work onsite in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania.
Helpful Experience
Large-assortment, durable-goods, home improvement, bath/kitchen or related e-commerce.
Professional, trade or repeat-customer development.
PIM and business-intelligence tools such as Power BI, Grow or comparable platforms.
Working knowledge of conversion-rate optimization, digital marketing and web development partnerships.
