American Bath Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to strengthen equipment reliability and build a more proactive, structured maintenance program at our Elizabethtown manufacturing facility.

What You’ll Lead
- Lead and develop a two-person maintenance team in a one-shift manufacturing operation.
- Transition maintenance from reactive response to proactive, planned execution.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance through Fiix CMMS and condition-monitoring programs.
- Maintain or improve current equipment-downtime performance.
- Establish weekly work planning, prioritization, accountability, and documented completion.
- Capture critical equipment knowledge and develop cross-trained backup capability.
- Lead equipment installation, reliability, and continuous-improvement projects.
- Partner with production leaders, equipment suppliers, contractors, and site leadership.
- Track maintenance spending and identify budget variances early.
What You’ll Bring
- Five or more years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting capability.
- Experience reading electrical and pneumatic schematics.
- Working knowledge of three-phase electrical systems.
- Experience leading maintenance employees or skilled technical personnel.
- Direct ownership of preventive maintenance and CMMS execution.
- Strong maintenance-project planning and completion discipline.
- Ability to develop experienced employees and lead change effectively.
- Willingness to work on the plant floor and support shutdown or after-hours needs when required.
Experience with pumps, compressors, conveyors, fluid-handling systems, predictive maintenance, vibration monitoring, emissions-control equipment, or Fiix CMMS is helpful but not required. Candidates from multiple manufacturing industries are encouraged to apply.
