Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tampa, FL for an Asphalt Paving Foreman. The Asphalt Paving Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of asphalt paving projects, including managing teams, operating and maintaining heavy equipment, ensuring project specifications are met, and completing tasks on time while maintaining safety standards. Additional responsibilities include communicating with project stakeholders, coordinating materials and equipment, and ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship on every project.

Qualifications
- Supervisory skills with the ability to manage and lead teams effectively
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment used in asphalt paving
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Experience in construction-related tasks, with carpentry and maintenance skills being an advantage
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for on-site work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Previous experience in asphalt paving or related field preferred
