As a CDE Manager, you’ll partner with Directors and Partners to deliver impactful business development strategies, manage key projects, and strengthen client engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Partners and client groups to implement strategic business development plans
- Support pitches, RFPs, and presentations that win new business and showcase firm expertise
- Develop and maintain practice descriptions, capability statements, and competitive intelligence materials
- Oversee marketing content creation — from research and copywriting to digital and print campaigns
- Manage CRM databases and engagement records to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Plan and execute client and practice events, coordinating agendas, speakers, and logistics
