The Business Development Specialist supports the firm’s business development and visibility efforts for assigned practices and lawyers. Working as part of a collaborative team, this role partners closely with the Business Development Manager, practice group leaders, and marketing colleagues to help execute key initiatives, advance business plan objectives, and provide day‑to‑day business development support.

Responsibilities include:
- Supporting business development and marketing initiatives for assigned practices and regions, and assisting with individual partner objectives in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
- Leading the creation and upkeep of collateral materials, including bespoke pitch documents, standardized pitch decks, litigation matter lists, matter descriptions, and related content.
- Assisting with visibility initiatives for practices and individual lawyers, including conferences, sponsorships, professional memberships, and speaking opportunities.
- Providing support for client relationship activities such as events, relationship reviews, opportunity identification, and other engagement efforts.
- Working with the Business Development Manager and market intelligence team on client targeting, research reports, and strategic projects that support both individual pitches and broader practice goals.
- Collaborating with the CRM, Market Intelligence, and Directories teams to ensure accurate, high‑quality client and matter data for key deliverables.
Salary : $115,000 - $140,000
