The Manager will guide the development and execution of practice business plans, including identifying target clients, managing high‑value relationships, and pursuing publishing and speaking opportunities. The role also oversees strategic pitches, RFP responses, and other client‑facing materials to ensure the firm is positioned competitively.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute practice business plans, including target lists, client development priorities, and visibility opportunities.
- Oversee the preparation of pitches, RFPs, and client‑facing materials, including strategy sessions, debriefs, and outcome tracking.
- Support key client initiatives and collaborate with colleagues to identify, develop, and grow high‑value client relationships.
- Partner with functional teams on communications, rankings, directory submissions, digital marketing, and speaking opportunities.
- Plan and manage seminars, events, and targeted marketing activities in coordination with the events team.
- Manage a direct report and contribute to the development of early‑tenure marketing team members.
- Stay current on market and competitive intelligence to inform pitch strategy and broader practice initiatives.
Salary : $175,000 - $195,000
