- Level 2: $19.00–$21.00/hour
- Level 3: $20.00–$22.00/hour
- Level 4: $22.00–$23.50/hour

Essential Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical systems, equipment, and training products according to engineering specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Perform testing and verification of completed assemblies
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely and effectively
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations
- Follow established safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
- Support continuous improvement efforts
- Higher-level technicians may assist with training, mentoring, and complex assembly tasks
Qualifications
Level 2
- 4 years of mechanical assembly or equivalent hands-on experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
Level 3
- 5 years of mechanical assembly experience
- Advanced blueprint reading and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently on complex assemblies
- Proven track record of quality workmanship and productivity
Level 4
- 7 years of mechanical assembly experience or equivalent expertise
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems and assembly processes
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or training abilities
- Serves as a technical resource for the assembly team
