What You'll Do
- Design and develop HVACR training content, learning paths, and hands-on lab activities
- Create procedures and curriculum for new and existing learning systems
- Collaborate with technical writers, instructional designers, and creative teams to build engaging training experiences
- Translate field expertise into practical, job-ready learning outcomes
- Research emerging HVACR technologies, equipment, codes, and industry trends
- Help develop innovative workforce training solutions that empower learners and advance careers
- Contribute subject matter expertise throughout product development and continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring - Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HVACR, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field
- 5 years of hands-on HVACR installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience
- Strong understanding of HVACR systems, controls, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- EPA 608 Certification
- Experience mentoring, training, or developing others
- Familiarity with commercial, industrial, or advanced HVACR systems
- Passion for technical education and workforce development
