What You’ll Do

• Assemble mechanical equipment and systems to specification
• Test your own work to ensure proper function
• Inspect components for quality (scratches, defects, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
• Apply advanced assembly techniques and serve as a quality example
• Calibrate and maintain tools and workstation equipment
• Follow safety standards and maintain an organized workspace

What You Bring

• 4 years of mechanical assembly (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Strong mechanical aptitude — you enjoy fixing and building
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, etc.)
• Problem-solving mindset with a “can-do” attitude
• Dependability — ready to start your day at 6:00 AM
• Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
