What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and support your team to meet production and safety goals
- Communicate priorities, product changes, and specifications clearly
- Train and mentor team members to build skills and confidence
- Oversee assembly processes, ensuring the right tools, materials, and methods are used
- Partner with leadership to troubleshoot issues and maintain quality standards
- Champion a safe work environment and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to read blueprints/schematics and use hand & measuring tools
- A positive, adaptable mindset that motivates others
