We’re looking for a HVACR Subject Matter Expert who can transform complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences—from foundational principles to advanced applications. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team of technical writers, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to create innovative training systems that blend interactive eLearning with hands-on simulators.

What You’ll Do
- Design and develop training outlines and hands-on procedures for new and existing HVACR learning systems
- Partner closely with technical writers and creative teams to bring content to life
- Translate real-world HVACR experience into practical, skill-building curriculum
- Research emerging technologies, tools, and trends to keep content current and relevant
- Contribute to training solutions that help learners build careers and improve their lives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HVACR, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field
- 5 years of hands-on HVACR installation and troubleshooting experience (industrial or residential)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working on multiple projects
Preferred:
- EPA 608 Certification
