What are the responsibilities and job description for the Final Inspector position at Alupress LLC?
This position requires the use of customer and internal specifications and working instructions to ensure overall product quality of the organization.
Performing quality inspections in accordance with control plans and customer requirements.
- Performing incoming inspection, including interpretation and documenting the results.
- Monitoring of the serial production through inspections, analysis, interpretation of the results and reporting to appropriate personnel.
- Providing back-up support for CMM Operators.
- Follow up on shop floor to ensure machines have proper documents and gauges in accordance with established work instructions.
- Assisting in PPAP inspections and preparing associated documents.
- Conducting random inspections on shop floor at established frequencies.
- Maintaining the blocking area in accordance with established standards.
- Coordinating with Production team on sorting and identifying suspect material.
- Visual and dimensional inspection of product at end of production process
- Verification of part quantities, Gauging of parts, verification of defect types.
