The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a background in international freight forwarding. You’ll be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and collaborating closely with pricing and operations teams to deliver seamless, customized logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan to drive new customer acquisition.
- Identify and secure opportunities across air, ocean, and multimodal transport services.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with importers and exporters in key industries.
- Collaborate with internal pricing and operations teams to deliver competitive, tailored proposals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage activity using CRM tools.
- Attend customer meetings, business reviews, and local trade events to enhance brand visibility.
- Support onboarding and ensure smooth handovers to internal teams for service delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in international freight forwarding sales or inside sales.
- Strong understanding of global logistics, transportation modes, and supply chain solutions.
- Demonstrated success in winning and managing new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL.
