The Farmasi Business Development Manager is a critical field role that combines elements of an influential, strategic sales leader, dynamic presenter/trainer & master success coach. In this role you will effectively drive and achieve sales, recruiting and rank advancement (Leadership Development) objectives. In this role you will facilitate field sales, recruiting, and training activities within your assigned market, for our independent sales force and field leadership. You are responsible for actively engaging independent sales reps and field leaders through in-person contact, regional & virtual coaching/training & recruiting events, recognition, business launches, local and regional public relations activities, conference calls, webinar sessions, and individual one on one coaching.
Responsibilities:
- Attain or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual recruiting objectives within the assigned market
- Attain or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives within the Market
- Attain or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual leader development & title advancement objectives within the market
- Develop strategic plans and tactics to consistently deliver on all metrics, specifically – monthly and quarterly action plans while managing daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Facilitate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly training, coaching and development events (live and virtual) within your market to drive sales, recruiting, and promotional activity within the assigned region
- Quickly impact under-performing areas through analytical strategy and plan adjustments to attain or exceed sales, recruiting, and title promotion targets
- Partner with Training Department to facilitate and deploy training strategies within the assigned market to align with corporate initiatives, sales objectives, and targets within the market
- Identify and partner with high potential independent representatives to develop successful leaders to maximize the compensation plan
- Actively promote the brand, product and business opportunity on social media with the intention of attracting new Beauty Influencers
- Promote corporate messaging, incentive opportunities, conference/event opportunities, and procedural opportunities to the field and through social media
- Function as Farmasi USA’s liaison between the Company and the communities within the assigned market
- Provide innovative, creative, and strategic best practices from the field to executive leadership
- Act with a sense of urgency, positive passion, and strategic action to promote the Farmasi business opportunity
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the business with a solution focused, creative and innovative approach
- Be willing and able to work in a fast-paced, ever changing, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and drive for results
- Always deliver work in alignment of the Farmasi brand and image
- Confidently and effectively present live and virtual presentations, recognition and training to audiences of all sizes
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent professional experience
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- 5 years of experience in a professional field leadership training position with emphasis on driving sales and leadership in a decentralized environment
- 5 years’ experience coaching, mentoring and developing high level field sales leaders
- Previous experience working with MLM, Network Marketing or direct selling organizations, specifically with independent representatives
- Ability to travel within North America up to 75%
- Able to provide your own remote/home office with dependable internet and cell service
- Willing and available to work a varying schedule with weekend and evening hours as necessary for success in the role
- Proven experience working in a highly independent work environment while delivering defined, measurable results
- Polished and professional communication skills with solid written, verbal, and online content creation
- Confident presenter, trainer and facilitator in live and virtual environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Zoom)
- Innovative, progressive and tech savvy
- Active presence and experience with social media platforms, attraction marketing and personal branding
- Experience working in cosmetics, beauty, nutrition or wellness industry
