Entry Level Marketing Associate

The Duties of the Junior Marketing Associate:

• Be the professional face of our client
• Sales administration process including tracking and recording sales data
• Speaking with new and existing customers face-to-face to increase customer retention and generate business leads for our client
• Follow up with customers to increase retention
• Provide an outstanding level of customer support on behalf of our client and company
• Advise all customers with their needs and inquiries, ensuring their questions are answered appropriately

Junior Marketing Associate Preferred Experience:

• Previous marketing/customer service experience is preferred but not necessary
• Some experience in a customer/client facing role is advantageous
• Prior success working in teams

Recommended Qualifications:
