- Define and implement the strategic sourcing roadmap for EMS/electronic components and align procurement goals with the company’s long-term objectives.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure contracts with favorable terms covering both technical specifications and commercial conditions. Ensure compliance with legal and organizational guidelines while balancing cost-efficiency with supply chain resilience.
- Identify and qualify new suppliers based on strategic needs. Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate technical capabilities, financial stability, and alignment with company standards.
- Build and sustain strong and strategic relationships with suppliers to secure consistent performance and high-quality deliverables.
- Regularly assess supplier capabilities, monitor performance against defined KPIs, and lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the supplier base
- Develop risk mitigation strategies, monitor market conditions, and proactively address potential challenges to ensure a reliable and resilient supply chain
- Daily connection with Alpitronic SRL Purchasing Team to guarantee global purchasing strategy application for US operations.
- Ensure compliance in US of the Alpitronic global purchasing procedures and alignment with Alpitronic SRL standards and best practices.
- Lead Alpitronic US Purchasing Team for both Direct and Indirect materials, reporting to the Director of Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field or relevant experience.
- 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain project management, ideally within the EV, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing sectors.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and supply chain planning tools.
- Familiarity with international shipping, customs compliance, and US logistics requirements.
- Knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.

Salary : $97,000 - $120,000
