Senior Marketing / Proposal Coordinator
Locations: San Diego, CA or Sunnyvale, CA
Schedule: 100% onsite (5 days/week)
Overview
We’re partnering with a leading general contractor to hire a Senior Marketing / Proposal Coordinator to support high-impact project pursuits. This role will own the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that directly contribute to winning new business.
This is a highly visible position working cross-functionally with leadership, business development, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end proposal development (RFPs/RFQs), including planning, content coordination, writing/editing, and final production
- Partner with technical teams and leadership to create compelling, client-focused proposals and qualifications packages
- Develop interview presentations and support pursuit strategy for project wins
- Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and content workflows across multiple concurrent pursuits
- Ensure all materials are visually compelling and brand-compliant using Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite
- Maintain and update marketing collateral, resumes, and project sheets
- Track upcoming opportunities and support overall marketing and pursuit efforts
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in AEC marketing, proposals, or pursuit coordination
- Proven experience managing proposals from start to finish
- Strong writing, editing, and visual layout skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and senior stakeholders
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Cosential / Unanet CRM or similar tools is a plus
