Job Description:
We are hiring for both a Treasury Analyst and Senior Treasury Analyst to support a growing finance team within the life insurance and annuities space. This role is responsible for managing daily cash activity across multiple bank accounts, ensuring accurate and timely movement of funds, and supporting overall treasury operations.
The position involves working across various banking platforms to execute transactions such as wires and internal transfers, while maintaining full visibility into cash flow and account balances. You will partner closely with Accounting and Finance teams to support reconciliations, reporting, and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the general ledger.
Additional responsibilities include analyzing bank account activity, assisting with payment processing, supporting compliance-related funding requirements, and contributing to process improvements within treasury operations. You will also work within a treasury management system to run reports and monitor activity across a large network of banking relationships.
This is a highly detail-oriented role requiring strong accuracy, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are important, as this role will interact cross-functionally and support leadership with financial insights.
Qualifications:
• Experience in treasury, cash management, accounting, or finance
• Hands-on experience moving money between accounts (wires, transfers, etc.)
• Experience working within banking portals (BOA, Citi, Chase, etc.)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, or related functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Preferred:
• CPA or CFA
• Experience with treasury management systems
• Background in insurance, banking, or financial services
• Exposure to capital markets, derivatives, or similar areas
