Role: Attorney

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite in Uptown Dallas)

Pay: 120k - 200k base bonuses

Type: Full-time (permanent)



Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex civil litigation matters (mass tort & product liability)
  • Drafting motions, handling discovery, and conducting depositions
  • Working closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
  • Engaging directly with clients and expert witnesses
  • Supporting cases from early development through trial


Qualifications:

  • Active Texas Bar license
  • 1-4 years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
  • Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and depositions
  • Trial experience is a plus

Salary : $120,000 - $200,000
