Admin Assistant (CFO & VP Support)
📍 Tempe, AZ | Onsite 5 Days/Week
We’re hiring an Admin Assistant to support a CFO and VP of Business Development in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment within the healthcare emergency services space.
This role is ideal for someone proactive, organized, and able to stay two steps ahead while managing shifting priorities and supporting senior leadership day to day.
Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
• Take detailed meeting notes and track action items
• Process expense reports and support administrative workflows
• Help manage tasks and follow-ups through internal systems
• Support project tracking and coordination across teams
• Assist with data entry and finance-related administrative support
• Coordinate materials and logistics for meetings and events
Qualifications:
• 2–10 years of administrative or executive assistant experience
• Experience supporting senior leadership; CFO/finance exposure preferred
• Strong Excel and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Tech savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
