Now Hiring: Entry-Level Accountants (0–3 Years Experience)
We’re expanding and looking for early-career accountants to join several of our business units, including construction, building materials distribution, and furniture retail operations.
Whether you’re a fresh graduate or have up to 3 years of experience, this is a great opportunity to build a solid foundation in real-world accounting within fast-moving industries.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0–3 years in accounting or finance
- Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
- Language Requirement: Mandarin fluency (written and spoken)
- Work Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Useful Skills and Tools:
- Experience with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar platforms
- Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Exposure to ERP systems is a plus
What You'll Be Doing:
Depending on the division you’re assigned to, responsibilities may include:
- Managing AP/AR and assisting with financial statement preparation
- Supporting tax reporting (federal, state, and sales tax)
- Tracking budgets and costs for projects or inventory
DIVISION TRACKS
A. Construction Accounting Track - Job costing, project billing (AIA), payroll compliance (Davis-Bacon), and contract revenue tracking
B. Building Materials Accounting Track - Inventory valuation, supplier finance coordination, and freight/tax monitoring across states
C. Furniture Retail Accounting Track - POS and online sales reconciliations (Shopify, Square, Amazon, etc.), installment AR tracking
