What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a driven architectural designer who can confidently navigate both design execution and project coordination. You’ll partner directly with internal teams, project stakeholders, and city officials to move projects from early concepts through approvals and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate design concepts into permit-ready drawings in collaboration with senior designers and drafting staff.
- Coordinate with external consultants to assemble accurate construction documents and specifications.
- Track project deliverables, organize documentation, and support task allocation for smooth project progression.
- Review design details for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with city requirements.
Preferred Background
- Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
- 3 years of architectural experience in residential or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and permitting processes.
- Clear communicator with solid presentation and writing skills.
- Comfortable with applied math and geometry in design problem-solving.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD for production work.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience across Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Document phases.
