Alpha in Bay is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Care Analytics & Operations Support professional to support reporting, performance tracking, and operational improvements within the Customer Care team. This role is key in driving data-informed decisions and improving service efficiency.
- Maintain and update dashboards and tracking systems for homeowner claims and service requests
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and recurring issues
- Organize and categorize service data by project phase, issue type, and responsible teams
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for leadership review and planning
- Identify trends, recurring service issues, and operational improvement opportunities
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of reporting data
- Assist in creating reports, summaries, and internal presentations
- Support workflow optimization by analyzing data and identifying inefficiencies
- Provide administrative and analytical support to enhance team performance
- 2 years of experience in operations, analytics, reporting, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar reporting tools
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
- Experience in construction, real estate, or service operations is a plus
