Key Responsibilities
• Standardize and streamline portfolio reporting and asset tracking (capital stack, cash flows, returns, etc.)
• Build an institutional-grade reporting system and post-investment monitoring process
• Work closely with accounting and third-party CPAs to ensure GAAP-compliant and audit-ready financials
• Prepare offering memoranda, investor reports, and data rooms for both institutional and high-net-worth investors
• Monitor project-level financial and economic performance and flag risks or anomalies
• Develop modeling and reporting guidelines for the investment team
• Serve as a bridge between the internal team and external investors—be able to lead investor reporting and meetings as necessary
Must-Have Qualifications
• Degree in real estate or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in asset management, private equity, real estate investment, or financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, including cash flow analysis, IRR, and capital stack structures
• Experience preparing investor materials such as offering memoranda, investor reports, and data rooms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify financial risks, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
• Excellent communication skills with experience interfacing with institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
