Strategy & Leadership
- Shape and steward AL Homes’ brand voice, positioning, and core messaging.
- Lead the development and execution of annual marketing initiatives focused on both homeowners and investors.
- Collaborate closely with sales to ensure campaigns directly support revenue objectives.
Demand Generation
- Manage multi-channel efforts including direct mail (EDDM), digital ads, email, and sponsorship activations.
- Launch localized campaigns tailored to specific neighborhoods and audiences.
- Produce engaging collateral such as flyers, signage, video content, and event materials.
Events & Partnerships
- Oversee planning and rollout of open houses, broker tours, showcases, and community-facing events.
- Handle end-to-end logistics—venues, vendors, AV, staffing, permits, and hospitality.
- Foster relationships with local government, associations, and community groups.
- Track attendance, engagement, and lead flow, integrating all data into Salesforce/LeftMain.
Marketing Operations
- Maintain campaign tracking infrastructure across Salesforce/LeftMain, GA4, and UTM frameworks.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and event partners/agencies.
- Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint.
Performance & Insights
- Build real-time dashboards to monitor CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and marketing-driven contract value.
- Share insights and recommendations regularly with leadership.
Ideal Background
- 7 years in marketing, with leadership experience.
- Exposure to real estate, housing, or mission-led/community-based sectors.
- Strong event, direct mail, and pipeline-driving experience.
- Proficient in CRM and analytics tools.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and willing to be hands-on when needed.
