Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute a marketing strategy aligned with company vision and growth objectives.
- Lead AL Homes’ brand positioning across competitive real estate markets.
- Drive acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing across diverse customer segments.
- Set clear KPIs and performance frameworks to track ROI and impact.
Brand & Reputation Management
- Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints—digital, in-person, and media.
- Build AL Homes’ reputation as a trusted residential real estate leader.
- Develop and maintain strategic brand partnerships to extend reach.
Public Relations & Corporate Communications
- Lead company-wide PR and media strategy to elevate visibility and credibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee press releases, media outreach, executive visibility, and press events.
- Manage crisis communications and brand protection protocols.
- Drive community relations, CSR communications, and reputation monitoring.
- Serve as spokesperson or designate representatives as needed.
Digital Marketing & Innovation
- Lead digital transformation across web, social, paid media, and marketing automation.
- Implement data-driven strategies leveraging analytics and market intelligence.
- Explore emerging platforms and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Oversee CRM and digital engagement ecosystems.
Team Leadership
- Build and scale a high-performing marketing and communications organization.

Market Intelligence
- Conduct ongoing research on customer behavior, competitive landscape, and market shifts.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of progressive marketing leadership, including 5 at the senior level.
- 5 years in PR/corporate communications with proven press coverage success.
- Real estate, homebuilding, or adjacent industry experience strongly preferred.
