Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate permit applications, track progress, ensure compliance with local regulations and follow through to completion.
- Provide customer service: respond to inquiries, update clients on status, handle different personalities with professionalism.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Collaborate with internal teams including construction, design and administration to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Organize and maintain records relating to permits, client files and communications.
- Adapt to changing processes, learn new tools and take initiative in supporting team needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Quick learner able to master new systems and adapt to changing tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients and colleagues of varied backgrounds.
- Reliable and committed to a Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm schedule.
