What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product and design to translate ideas into intuitive, high-quality interfaces.
- Build functional prototypes to explore and validate interaction patterns.
- Implement production-ready UI with a focus on detail, motion, and user experience.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
- Bring a creative, design-minded perspective to engineering decisions as a core founding team member.
- 3–6 years of experience as a design engineer, front-end engineer with strong design sensibilities, or designer who codes.
- Proficiency in React/TypeScript (or a similar modern front-end stack).
- Experience building interactive prototypes and iterating rapidly.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills—typography, layout, motion, and detail.
- Excitement for working in a fast-moving, design-first startup where craft and polish matter.
