We're looking for an experienced, motivated Window Tint Installer to join our team. If you take pride in your work, have a positive attitude, and enjoy delivering high-quality results, we'd love to hear from you. Pay may vary depending on experience or ability.
Job Duties
- Install automotive window tint to a high standard with attention to detail.
- Prepare and clean vehicle glass before installation.
- Cut and shrink window film using hand-cut or plotter methods.
- Inspect completed work to ensure a clean, bubble-free, professional finish.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Assist with shop organization and other automotive accessory services when needed.
- Follow company procedures and maintain quality standards on every vehicle.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous automotive window tint installation experience is required.
- Ability to tint vehicles efficiently while maintaining excellent quality.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated and eager to continue learning and improving your skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform the physical demands of the job.
- Experience with paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, ceramic coatings, or detailing is a plus, but not required.
