Job Duties
- Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing to a high standard.
- Wash, decontaminate, clay bar, polish, and wax vehicles as needed.
- Vacuum, shampoo, steam clean, and restore vehicle interiors.
- Clean wheels, tires, engine bays, door jambs, and other vehicle surfaces.
- Perform paint correction when required.
- Apply ceramic coatings following company procedures.
- Inspect completed work to ensure every vehicle meets our quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Properly use and maintain detailing tools, equipment, and chemicals.
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Assist with shop organization and other automotive appearance services when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous automotive detailing experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated and eager to continue learning and growing your skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform the physical demands of the job.
- Experience applying ceramic coatings is preferred.
- Experience installing Paint Protection Film (PPF) and vinyl wraps is a major plus but not required—we're willing to invest in the right person who is eager to learn.
