Duties

• Install, test, and troubleshoot car audio systems, including speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers, and multimedia interfaces using schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Interpret automotive electrical systems and wiring diagrams to ensure precise integration of audio components with vehicle electrical architecture.
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and mechanical knowledge to perform installations efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose electrical issues related to audio systems or vehicle wiring using automotive diagnostics tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure proper vehicle maintenance, alignment, suspension system repair, transmission system repair, and overall automotive repair when needed.
• Follow safety protocols related to vehicle maintenance, electrical work, and welding procedures while maintaining a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining installation processes and ensuring customer satisfaction with completed work.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous professional or hands-on car audio installation experience is required.
• Strong understanding of aftermarket car audio equipment, including speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers, and wiring.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Must be motivated, dependable, and eager to continuously learn and improve your skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks associated with vehicle installations.
• Experience with remote starts, lighting, accessories, window tint, or 12-volt electrical systems is a plus, but not required.
