What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Foreman position at Alpha Structural?
Construction Foreman
Must have 3–5 years of experience as a Foreman or lead in foundation, concrete, or structural repair work
Must be skilled in concrete, framing, shoring, seismic retrofitting, and drainage
Must be able to read and interpret structural drawings and blueprints
Must have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Must have a pickup truck suitable for transporting tools and materials
Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Must be able to work year-round throughout Los Angeles County
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be comfortable with computers and typing
Must be good at communicating and multitasking
Must be legal to work in the U.S.
Pay starts at $35/hour+
