Senior Project Manager
Must have 10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 7 years of fieldwork (carpentry, framing, or concrete)
Must have a successful track record in leadership roles such as Foreman, Supervisor, and Project Manager
Must have prior experience in architectural or structural design
Must have a strong understanding of construction management tools, reporting, and production systems
Must be proficient in reading structural and architectural plans
Must be able to manage large teams across multiple departments with clarity and authority
Must be an excellent communicator with high standards and accountability
Must be able to perform inspections in crawlspaces, basements, attics, ladders, hillsides, slopes, and other tight access areas
Must be comfortable working in physically demanding environments
Must be comfortable with computers and typing
Must be good at communicating and multitasking
You must have your own transportation and a valid driver’s license
Must be legal to work in the U.S.
Pay starts at $175,000+/year depending on experience
