Structural Assessor
Must have prior experience in construction sales, inspections, or estimating (foundation/structural preferred)
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
Must be familiar with structural systems or permitting (training will be provided)
Must be physically able to access crawlspaces, slopes, or challenging job sites
Must be comfortable with computers and typing
Must be good at communicating and multitasking
You must have your own transportation and a valid driver’s license
Must be legal to work in the U.S.
Pay range is commission-based, from $80,000–$350,000+ annually, with top performers exceeding $350,000
