Job Description
At Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services (AOKDS), families are at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a Client Services Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for families and referral sources. Your role will be pivotal in guiding families from that first phone call through the start of services, ensuring that each step is clear, compassionate, and efficient.
This is a remote role to start, with the exciting opportunity to transition in-person once our Pennsylvania office is constructed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer and respond to all inquiries received via phone, email, and website leads
- Engage with internal and external resources to develop referral sources and support client acquisition
- Provide clear information about Alpha & Omega Kids’ ABA services to families and professionals
- Verify insurance coverage, process verification of benefits (VOB), and upload referral documents into our client management system
- Actively engage clients with a responsive, client-focused approach to move them forward into services
- Conduct outreach to lend to the intake pipeline
- Collaborate as a member of the Client Services Team to evaluate and improve processes
- Drive improvements related to client communication, referral development, and client acquisition
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA guidelines and regulations
