Responsibilities For Admin
- Track and complete onboarding process
- Update ProviderSoft daily as providers submit onboarding paperwork
- Coordinate new hires with HR Director for processing paperwork
- Coordinate with Service Coordinators, Recruitment, Staffing, Case Managers, and HR Director to ensure all working providers files are compliant
- Run reports in ProviderSoft database weekly to track compliance
- Create files in OneDrive for all onboarding clinicians and differentiate between independent contractor/employee
- Enter recruited provider data in ProviderSoft daily
- Collect and submit clearance data daily
- Maintain effective contact with Case Managers, Recruitment, Staffing, and the HR Director
- Maintain effective contact with the providers
- Ensure timely submission of updated documentation by providers to prevent interruption in services
- Perform other duties as assigned by the COO/Program Director or designee
- Proven management and leadership skills with a focus on strategic planning.
- Demonstrated ability in project management and process improvement initiatives.
- Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of driving operational efficiency.
- Relevant certifications in operations management or related fields are a plus.
