Alpha & Omega Kids and Developmental Services LLC was founded to bridge the gap for children with Autism and developmental delays of all ages. Using evidence-based innovative interventions, our multi-disciplinary teams promote the well-being of children and their families in a collaborative effort. Our mission is to cut across all cultural barriers and languages while striving to integrate children with special needs into their communities. Advocacy for children with special needs is at the core of who we are. We aim at helping children reach their milestones, attain the goals that their parents wish for them, and therapeutically allow them to maximize their full potential in their natural environment.

Responsibilities for Admin:

· Track and complete onboarding process

· Update ProviderSoft daily as providers submit onboarding paperwork

· Coordinate new hires with HR Director for processing paperwork

· Coordinate with Service Coordinators, Recruitment, Staffing, Case Managers, and HR Director to ensure all working providers files are compliant

· Run reports in ProviderSoft database weekly to track compliance

· Create files in OneDrive for all onboarding clinicians and differentiate between independent contractor/employee

· Enter recruited provider data in ProviderSoft daily

· Collect and submit clearance data daily

· Maintain effective contact with Case Managers, Recruitment, Staffing, and the HR Director

· Maintain effective contact with the providers

· Ensure timely submission of updated documentation by providers to prevent interruption in services

· Perform other duties as assigned by the COO/Program Director or designee

Qualifications

• Proven management and leadership skills with a focus on strategic planning.

• Demonstrated ability in project management and process improvement initiatives.

• Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of driving operational efficiency.

• Relevant certifications in operations management or related fields are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
