🚀 Hiring: Quoting Optimization Lead 🚀
📍 Location: Palo Alto, CA
Are you an experienced Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or CPQ professional who knows how to remove friction from the quoting process?
We’re looking for a Quoting Optimization Lead to join a fast-paced enterprise SaaS environment and drive improvements across quoting policies, pricing, discounting, approvals, packaging, deal structuring, and exception management.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Identify policy and rule-driven friction in the quoting process
✨ Review discounting, approval thresholds, packaging, deal structuring, and exception rules
✨ Partner with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Renewals & Product teams
✨ Drive cross-functional discussions and align stakeholders on policy changes
✨ Translate business decisions into clear requirements for CPQ/quoting system enhancements
✨ Help improve quoting efficiency, reduce roadblocks, and streamline deal cycles
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Strong experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, or Quote-to-Cash
✔️ Deep understanding of quoting, pricing, discounting, approvals, and deal structuring
✔️ Experience driving policy and process optimization
✔️ Working knowledge of CPQ platforms — Salesforce CPQ preferred
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
✔️ Experience translating business requirements into system changes
✔️ Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software is a plus
⚡ This is a policy-first, optimization-focused role — not a hands-on CPQ configuration role.
We’re looking for someone who can quickly diagnose problems, drive alignment, make commercial decisions, and turn those decisions into actionable system requirements.
