🚀 Program Manager – Sales & GTM Initiatives (Healthcare / PHT)
Location: US (East Coast preferred, open across US)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a Program Manager with strong experience in Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to drive revenue growth, pipeline expansion, and commercial execution within a Healthcare / PHT environment.
👉 This is NOT a traditional IT or delivery PM role.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have partnered with Sales/Revenue teams and contributed to measurable business outcomes.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end GTM and sales-driven programs impacting revenue and customer growth
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Pricing, and Operations teams
- Drive initiatives such as:
- Product launches
- Customer acquisition & pipeline growth
- Upsell / cross-sell programs
- Track and report on KPIs, revenue metrics, and program performance
- Align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize commercial strategies
✅ Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Program / Project Management experience
- Direct experience with GTM, Sales, or Commercial initiatives
- Proven impact on revenue growth, pipeline, or customer acquisition
- Experience working closely with Sales or Revenue teams
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills

Salary : $100,000 - $128,000
