💼 Employment Type: Contract (03 Months | Possible Extension)

💰 Pay Rate: Competitive (Based on Shift & Experience)

🏭 About the Role:

We are hiring a Lab Technician / Quality Technician for a leading Food & Beverage Manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality, food safety, and compliance within a fast-paced production setting.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and test products and production processes to ensure quality & food safety standards

• Perform analytical, chemical, microbiological, and allergen testing

• Accurately record and report lab results and findings

• Operate and maintain lab equipment (pipettes, pH meters, balances)

• Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Follow GMP, QMS, and standard operating procedures

• Identify out-of-spec results and take corrective actions/escalations

• Collaborate with operations and production teams

✅ Minimum Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Hands-on experience with lab testing & instrumentation

• Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and documentation practices

• Ability to interpret data and troubleshoot quality issues

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry systems

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based manufacturing environment

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

⏰ Shift Details:

🕕 Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

🌙 Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
