Job Details:
Position: Sr. HR Coordinator
Location: Tempe, AZ 85281
Schedule: Monday β Thursday Onsite | Friday Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and associates
- Assist employees with HR policies, benefits, payroll, and talent acquisition inquiries
- Work within HR systems such as Workday, ADP, SAP, or similar platforms
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Generate reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets for leadership teams
- Coordinate employee engagement and associate resource group activities
- Serve as liaison between employees and internal HR service teams
Preferred Background:
- Experience in HR coordination, HR operations, onboarding, or employee support
- Hands-on experience with Workday, ADP, SAP, Taleo, or HRIS systems
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
