🔬 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare polymer samples for physical testing
✅ Perform compression molding, melt flow, tensile, and related testing
✅ Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
✅ Collect, analyze, and document test results
✅ Follow strict laboratory procedures and safety protocols
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional laboratory teams
🎯 Must-Have Qualifications:
✔ Associate's Degree or higher (or equivalent laboratory experience)
✔ Hands-on laboratory experience in testing or analysis
✔ Experience using laboratory instruments and analytical equipment
✔ Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and documentation
✔ Safety-first mindset with experience working around hazardous chemicals
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Polymer or plastics testing experience
