🧪 Hiring: Lab Technician | Weekend Shift | Sparks, MD
Are you looking to build your career in the Medical Device & Healthcare industry? We're hiring a Lab Technician to support laboratory and manufacturing operations in a GMP-regulated environment.
📍 Location: Sparks, MD (Onsite)
🕒 Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🔥 Required Skills:
- Experience weighing and measuring raw materials
- Hands-on pipetting experience
- Filtration and dilution techniques
- GMP or regulated manufacturing/laboratory environment preferred
🧪 What You'll Do:
- Prepare solutions, powders, and liquid batches
- Weigh and measure raw materials accurately
- Perform pipetting, filtration, and dilution activities
- Operate production and laboratory equipment
- Support in-process testing and quality checks
- Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures
- Assist with cleaning, sterilization, and process validation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and team operations
✅ Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with 2 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment
OR
- Associate's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or another Scientific discipline
